Salina - LABORATORIO OLFATTIVO

For the tenth fragrance in our Eau de Parfum collection, we wanted to sail the Mediterranean and land on the Island of Salina in the north of Sicily. This small piece of land in Trinacria (the name of Sicily given by the Greeks), located in the Aeolian Archipelago, is surrounded by a sapphire blue sea. This little pearl of the Mediterranean is the ideal setting for the creation of a perfume with the scents of the sea, the sun, the sand, the salt on the skin, and freedom.

Shells, starfish and warm sand have replaced the classic notes used in perfumery. The olfactory pyramid of Salina is adorned with aquamarine reflections and delicious, warm nuances.  Shivering and aquatic, it is also very sunny.  Salty and sweet at the same time, but also piercing and enveloping, following the evolution of Salina is like walking along a deserted beach, at a time of day when the sun has not decided to set. With Salina, the sense of smell acquires powers normally reserved for sight, touch and taste. More than suggestive, this fragrance is a complete sensory experience that allows us to imagine the unimaginable: the taste of the sea, the green of the pine forest, the scrubland,  the blinding glow of the sun reflecting on the sea,  the incessant play of footprints left on the sand, which are finally erased by the  waves, and finally the caress of the sun on our skin. This perfume has something magical.
