Bergamotto Di Calabria - Perris Monte Carlo

Bergamotto di Calabria contains the precious raw material “sponge bergamot”. Extraction is always done manually. The fruit is first cut in half and the pulp is removed manually using a curved knife. Then the skin is compressed onto a natural sponge in a circular motion to collect the essence. The accumulated essence is the most delicate and complex; it resembles a fruity, floral jasmine note.
