Tilda Swinton dreamed of a perfume. Not a little girl's juice. Oh no. A radical fragrance that calms the fire beneath its milky skin. A warm scent, fueled by ginger. If this scent were light, it would be an orange glow. She said “I want a cozy scent” and I hear “cozy” too. Like that. Like this.
Tilda Swinton says she doesn't particularly like smells in bottles. However, she was able to inspire the perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui, and together they accomplished the impossible: putting a little divine spirit in a bottle. “If anyone wants to know what spirit is, or what God’s fragrance means, lean your head toward him or her. Keep your face there closed. Like this.” Tilda's essence is a magic potion composed of simple, beautiful and natural scents. Like This. On May 5, 2011, the jury of specialists from the Fragrance Foundation France awarded Like This the prize for best niche perfume. This distinction crowns the alliance of talents and creativity of Mathilde Bijaoui, Tilda Swinton and Etat Libre d’Orange.
